Hi, I’m Terri. Welcome to our family.
I’m a Havanese breeder in Cobourg, Ontario, and I take great pride in breeding home-raised, healthy, titled and high quality CKC registered puppies.
I’m a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, Treasurer of our national breed club, the Havanese Fanciers of Canada, Treasurer of the Ontario County Kennel Club, and a member of our provincial breed club, HOLA. Every Amistosa puppy starts life with the same three things.
Health-tested parents
We complete extensive health testing on every mom and dad before breeding, and link to their results on each dog’s page.
Raised in our home
Our puppies are born and raised in our home, growing up with the sights, sounds and cuddles of everyday family life.
Titled & CKC registered
Our dogs are CKC registered and proven, with Canadian Championship, Grand Championship and Canine Good Neighbour titles.
Exciting news
Halo is a new CKC Grand Champion!
At just 15 months old, our sweet Halo was awarded Select Bitch at the Olde York show in Caledonia under Judge Jason Hoke, earning her final 2 points. She is now GCh Amistosa’s A Little Piece of Heaven.
Thank you to Judge Hoke for recognizing our pretty girl, and special thanks to Lynn Doel for always presenting her so beautifully.

Visit our home
If we’re in agreement to proceed, we’ll schedule a visit so you can meet us and our dogs.
Join the waitlist
Puppies are matched to families by temperament and lifestyle. From about 6 weeks, you’re welcome to visit the litter.
Home at 10 weeks
Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 10 weeks of age. We don’t ship puppies.
